
Cesar® Hire My Dog
In 2022, CESAR® aimed to define its purpose and inspire consumers to join in achieving their mission: to create a world where every office is dog-friendly. As remote work transitions back to in-office settings, CESAR® sought to be the brand that keeps pets and their owners connected by advocating for more pet-friendly workplaces and increasing the number of offices that welcome pets.
MY ROLE: As the Designer and Art Director for the CESAR® Hire My Dog digital ecosystem, I was responsible for the creation of the LinkedIn profile, CRM campaigns, and social media elements. I ensured that the visual identity across all digital touchpoints was consistent with the CESAR® brand, creating engaging and on-brand content that resonated with the target audience.
Our role was to collaborate as agency partners with BBDO to bring the purpose-driven CESAR® Hire My Dog campaign to life within an owned digital ecosystem. We provided digital support and helped raise awareness for the campaign, connecting the brand with consumer motivations – specifically, pet parents who care for their dogs and advocate for them in the workplace. As part of our campaign deliverables, we supported the creation and execution of a LinkedIn profile, 75 organic social posts, a landing page, FAQs, and CRM initiatives.
